Chase Center Project-Golden State Warriors Home Venue Air Duct System Ventilation


Chase Center is a multi-purpose arena under construction in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. It will become the new home venue for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The Warriors, who have been located in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1962, have played their home games at Oracle Arena in Oakland since 1971 and won the champion of the 2017-18 NBA season. Chase Center is scheduled to open to the public as the home venue of the Golden State Warriors before the start of the 2019–20 NBA season.

Chase Center and Golden State Warriors Mixed Use Development will serve as a catalyst for economic growth and provide San Francisco with a vibrant and much anticipated element — an indoor venue to host major sporting events, concerts, conventions, family shows and much more.


Key elements of the project will include:


  • A state-of-the-art, 18,000 seat, multi-purpose arena and event space,

  • 580,000 square feet of office/lab space

  • 100,000 square feet of retail space

  • A 35,000 square foot public plaza (over 3.2 acres of plaza, landscaping, and other public space)

  • 950 parking spaces

  • Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification
