The Anti-condensation Fabric Air Duct System in Natatoriums

The original design of fabric air duct has determined that the anti-condensation is a major function. The anti-condensation function is designed by making use of the permeability of the fibers in the duct wall to form a cool air layer on the surface of the duct wall, so that there is basically no temperature difference between the inside and outside of the duct wall, which can prevent the condensation (the greater the permeability of the material is, the smaller the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the material is, and the less likely it is to condense). At the same time, the hydrophobicity treatment of the fiber material surface further improves the surface anti-condensation effect. In addition, the fabric air duct can also prevent the condensation on building structures and suspended ceilings by simply adding jet holes on the fabric air duct to form an airflow protective layer on the building surface. Then let us learn about how to eliminate condensation:

1. The fabric air duct has flexible openings, which can provide air towards the anti-condensation surface, promote the surface evaporation by certain air speed, and prevent condensation water.

2. It can create an area with lower temperature near the ceiling to prevent the water vapor from floating upwards.

3. When the moist air passes through the air-conditioning unit, the air humidity of the jetflow from the fabric air duct to the anti-condensation structure surface has been greatly reduced, so the air moisture content near the surface area is low and it is not easy to condense on the surface of the structure. With the advantage of anti-condensation and its aesthetic effect in natatoriums, it has to be said that the fabric air duct is the first choice for anti-condensation in natatoriums.
